Step one is to inquire with me and tell me more about your clients! The best way to chat with me is to fill out my inquiry form below or shoot me an email - allison@kindlydelivered.com.

If you have not received a stationery sample box from me, please don't hesitate to reach out to have one sent to you. Note: I send them in batches at the beginning of each quarter!

Once I've received your inquiry we will set up a time to meet or I can skip straight to the proposal phase, whichever works best for you!

Either way, I will have a mood board put together of my vision for your clients' wedding stationery. Mood boards ensure I'm a good fit for their wedding. We go through the mood board together on the call (if we have one) and I note any changes or ideas at that time.

After we've discussed quantities needed, overall style and details, and had a chance to decide on printing methods I will put together a proposal for your client.

The proposal will include their wedding stationery, any embellishments or add-ons and the design fees. After that is reviewed and any changes are made, the 50% deposit is paid and the contract signed.

Design then begins! It starts with collecting all of the details for the invitation, enclosure and response cards. We can then go back and forth in the design process until everything is perfect. This includes bi-weekly design meetings and check-ins.

Once proofs have been approved, the final designs get sent off to the printer for production.

Once I receive the printed pieces and ship them to you / your clients. I can also include a line on the proposal for assembly and mailing. 

A quick note: due to the nature of the post office not being as reliable as we'd like, I do have all of my clients sign a release saying I'm not responsible if invitations are damaged or lost in the mail.

FAQs

My ideal amount of time to work on a couple's wedding invitations is six months or more. This gives us around two months to design, have meetings for changes, have custom artwork painted or drawn, and send everything into production. 

From there production takes 3-6 weeks depending on the printing processes and embellishments ordered. Once everything is received that leaves somewhere around three and a half months for invitations to be assembled and mailed and received by your guests.

You may reach out at any point during the planning process with your clients' information. I'm happy to put together a proposal at that time, even if the wedding is for the following year. A fifty percent deposit would also lock in pricing for your client for their wedding no matter the date.

When I book a client with a wedding more than a year away, design does not start until after the twelve month mark to ensure any changes that come up are not missed.

I offer all sorts of stationery and signage for the wedding day, including, but not limited to, menus, place cards or escort cards, seating charts, table numbers, welcome signs, and various other signs.

I do not at the moment do any sort of large signage or installed display type situations. Hopeful to add this to my business at a later date, so it never hurts to ask. I'm also happy to make referrals as needed.

I am a proud fire/paramedic wife and I love being able to give a discount to first responder couples. I consider a first responder someone who works in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Dispatch and I also extend the discount to any military (current or veteran) couples.

The discount these couples receive is 10% off of their entire order.

While I do not do any calligraphy myself, I work with a network of calligraphy artists to be able to provide calligraphy for any client who wants to add this service on to their order. 

As an industry standard, calligraphed guest addressing starts around $3.00 per envelope and can go up from there depending on the level of intricacy being requested.

Embellishments are one of my favorite ways to really customize an invitation suite and make them even more romantic. I offer everything from custom designed wax seals, to velvet and silk ribbon. Vellum wraps have become a popular add-on, as well as "always included" envelope liners.

I like to think outside the box to repurpose a wax stamp detail or a ribbon from the invitation suite all the way into the day-of stationery for a complete look.
