At the point where everything arrives to the Kindly Delivered Studio (aka my home office), I'm going through all the pieces to ensure each detail is perfect.
Next, your custom wedding invitations are sent to the printer! This process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for flat (digital) printing or up to 4-6 weeks for letterpress or foil.
Creating joyfully romantic designs - pieces that are colorful and fun, yet still refined and sophisticated in design and style.
Custom heirloom wedding stationery starts at $2500 for 100 invitation suites. On average, Kindly Delivered couples spend $3500 on their wedding invitations and $1500+ on wedding day stationery.
You are getting married in a stunning venue or in a city full of history and want your invitations to reflect that beautiful scenery or architecture. Kindly Delivered works with talented artists to create custom artwork that is special for your big day.
From save the dates to invitations and all the way through to your wedding day stationery and signage, custom artwork is the perfect way to tie all the elements of your wedding together.
Keep it simple or have it all...it's up to you!
You can have all the bells and whistles from vintage stamps to vellum wraps or we can keep it simple and stick to just your favorite embellishment whether that's a wax seal or a pretty silk ribbon or something else you've been dreaming of.
If you're thinking of adding elements to your wedding invitations like a monogram or custom artwork, let's also think about how we can reuse those elements throughout your wedding day.
Having a cohesive look with fonts, design elements and colors is the best way for things to look well thought-out and professionally executed.
Think of me as your wedding stationery etiquette guide. Not only do you have me to answer questions you, but I also guide you by making suggestions and giving examples and best practices to follow.
From a polite way to say "no kids allowed" to knowing whether you should say honor or pleasure on your invitation wording, I'm here for you!
If you're someone who wants to enlist your mom, bridesmaids or future hubby to do all the stacking and stuffing, postage adhering and envelope licking I recommend blocking off an entire weekend to do this task.
OR...you could have the assembly and mailing done for you so you can cross it off your list! I'll even send one to you in the mail so you have the fun of seeing it for the first time just as your guests will.
The ideal amount of time to work on a wedding invitations is six months or more. This gives us around two months to design, have meetings for changes, have custom artwork painted or drawn, and send everything into production.
From there production takes 3-6 weeks depending on the printing processes and embellishments ordered. Once everything is received that leaves somewhere around three and a half months for invitations to be assembled and mailed and received by your guests.
You may reach out at any point during the planning process. I'm happy to put together a proposal at that time, even if the wedding is for the following year (or further away!). A fifty percent retainer would also lock in pricing for your wedding no matter the date.
I offer stationery and signage for the wedding day, including, but not limited to, menus, place cards or escort cards, seating charts, table numbers, welcome signs, and various other signs.
I do not at the moment do any large signage or installed displays. Hopeful to add this to my business at a later date, so it never hurts to ask. I'm also happy to make referrals as needed.
I am a proud fire/paramedic wife and I love being able to give a discount to first responder couples. I consider a first responder someone who works in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Dispatch and I extend the discount to any military (current or veteran) couples.
The discount these couples receive is 10% off of their entire order.
Embellishments are one of my favorite ways to really customize an invitation suite and make them even more romantic. I offer everything from custom designed wax seals, to velvet and silk ribbon. Vellum wraps have become a popular add-on, as well as "always included" envelope liners.
I like to think outside the box to repurpose a wax stamp detail or a ribbon from the invitation suite all the way into the day-of stationery for a complete look.
I guide you through a thoughtful and unexpectedly delightful process to shape your dream wedding and, though you may not realize it at first, your eventual legacy - and it all starts with your paper suite.
