I want to hear it all. This is your opportunity to give me all the details you envision: your wedding colors, florals, personal style preferences, your venue and more.
We can also chat about paper options, printing techniques, custom artwork and other meaningful details that make these invitations uniquely yours. After our time together, I’ll take what you’ve shared with me and create a custom proposal for your wedding stationery.
Once you have chosen from the beautiful options available, I’ll create a custom inspiration guide with font choices, graphic design options and color schemes. From there, I will design your wedding invitation suite.
Your feedback is encouraged throughout the process to ensure we create exactly what you are envisioning!
Once I have a thumbs up from you, I’ll send over the final proofs. This is a great time to share these with a trusted friend or family member to help with the last round of proofreading and double checking details. A second set of eyes sometimes catches things you might not notice.
Next, your custom wedding invitations are sent to the printer! This process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for digital printing or 4-6 weeks for letterpress and handmade paper invitations.
Your invitations will be carefully boxed and packaged up for a safe trip to your destination. Ask about pick up in the Northwest Ohio area if you are local!
You also have the option to add-on full assembly and mailing services at any time during our work together. This will include assembling your invitations and adding any embellishments and postage, as well as mailing them out to your guests. Don't worry, you'll still get a package which includes your keepsake invitation suite and complimentary photographer's set.

"IT’S VERY APPARENT SHE PUTS HER HEART INTO HER WORK. IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED INVITES, LOOK NO FURTHER."
Yes, absolutely! And I actually recommend this depending on your budget, sometimes it makes sense to splurge on the letterpress for the invitation, but save on the rsvp card and go with digital printing for that.
I am located in Findlay, Ohio in the Northwest corner of the state. I am happy to provide order pickups and in-person design consultations to anyone local or willing to drive to meet!
Due to the set-up expenses, I am not able to do physical proofs of your invitations, but you will get realistic digital mock-ups along the way! They are very realistic and give a digital representation of what to expect.
It is an industry standard recommendation to order invitations in an amount that is 70% of your guest list. This accounts for households and couples, as well as gives you a few extra for keepsakes.
As for timelines, you will want to send save the dates (I do these too!) around 6 months - 1 year before your wedding. Then wedding invitations, rsvp and other details are typically mailed 2-3 months prior to the wedding.
For more information on timelines, checklists, and more check out my client invitation guide here.
