Classic Elegance Meets Personal Touches at This Beautiful Manor House Wedding

Liz and Thomas chose the Manor House as their wedding venue. From that point on, their vision began to take shape with classic elegance and intentional design. The Manor House, located in the heart of Mason, Ohio, offered the perfect canvas for a celebration that felt both timeless and personal. Its architecture and natural light provided the warmth and charm that the couple gravitated toward from the beginning.

As their stationer, I had the joy of helping them express that vision through paper. From the soft palette to the refined typography, every detail was chosen with care. Their thoughtful planning translated into a wedding that felt graceful, inviting, and deeply reflective of who they are as a couple.

Hi, I’m Allison, the designer behind Kindly Delivered, a wedding stationery artist passionate about turning meaningful moments into beautiful paper goods. I believe your invitations should do more than inform; they should set the tone, reflect your personality, and spark excitement from the very first envelope. If you’re dreaming of custom wedding stationery that’s as joyful, refined, and intentional as your celebration, I’d love to hear from you. A Thoughtful Beginning

As their stationer, I had the joy of helping Liz and Thomas set the tone for their day well before guests arrived. Their invitation suite introduced a soft and refined palette, complete with custom monograms, a delicate script font, and elegant green tones. The envelopes were a soft sage green, lined with a custom-printed botanical pattern that added a fresh, organic touch. Tucked inside, I created a matching details card and a folded details card—subtle layers that hinted at the thoughtful, elegant celebration to come.

Their vow books were so special, each one bound in linen and printed with their names, and while not designed by Kindly Delivered, are something that we could do for future couples. They served as both a personal keepsake and a tangible expression of their love. Liz’s book, in particular, matched the soft tones of her accessories, adding a cohesive touch to her look. Meanwhile, Thomas’s black book offered a classic contrast, echoing the tailored style he wore so well.

These quiet details spoke volumes. From the typography choices to the floral embellishments around each piece, every element of the stationery was created with care to fit seamlessly into the larger vision for the day at the Manor House.

An Emotional Ceremony Outside the Manor House

The ceremony at the Manor House was filled with beauty, intention, and heartfelt touches. Key moments and details included:

  • Elegant Setup: Clean white folding chairs created a classic look. While aisle arrangements of white roses, stock, and lisianthus framed the bride’s entrance with soft, natural beauty.

  • A Focus on Simplicity: Liz and Thomas wanted a ceremony that felt graceful and unfussy, allowing the emotion of the moment to shine through.

  • A Beloved Guest: Their dog, Benji, joined them in some portraits. Dressed in a custom black-and-white tuxedo. It was such a sweet, lighthearted touch that reflected just how important he is to their story.

  • Meaningful Signage: Small signs were added to chairs that marked reserved seating and shared personal notes, including a special chair tag in honor of the groom’s late father.

  • Golden Hour Glow: As the sun dipped low, Liz walked down the aisle to meet Thomas beneath a floral arch, exchanging personal vows filled with love, gratitude, and gentle humor.

Cocktail Hour and Signature Touches

Cocktail hour flowed between indoor and outdoor spaces, giving guests plenty of room to mingle. At the bar, signature drinks paid homage to Benji, and I had the joy of designing the illustrated cocktail sign. Complete with custom sketches of each drink and a sweet drawing of Benji. That little detail felt especially personal and meaningful. Floral arrangements in soft white blooms complemented the overall decor. Alongside custom napkins I created featuring the couple’s monogram.

Next, one of my favorite day-of pieces to design was the escort card display. Each card featured the guest’s name and table number. Also, sealed with a wax monogram that held a fresh sprig of greenery in place. This simple pairing added texture and movement. It also served as a subtle nod to the botanical motif from their invitation suite’s envelope liners. The cards were pinned to a patterned backdrop with a soft, tonal print. At the base, a lush arrangement of white blooms grounded the entire piece.

A Glowing Reception at the Manor House

Inside the Manor House, the reception unfolded with warmth and understated elegance. The high ceilings and wood beams contrasted beautifully with soft white drapery. Next, the twinkle lights, and candlelit tables gave the room a gentle, ambient glow.

As the wedding stationer, I loved creating the custom menus for each place setting. They were tucked into napkins, tied with satin ribbon, and finished with a sprig of greenery. Simple, thoughtful, and beautifully integrated into the tablescape.

The floral centerpieces added depth with a mix of low arrangements and taller vessels with floating tapers. The sweetheart table, set beneath the fireplace, anchored the space with lush florals and soft candlelight.
